Light the FIRE! 

November 8-9, 2024 in New Orleans, Louisiana

 The FIRE Collective is hosting a convening of stakeholders to engage in meaningful conversations around mental health and peer support after incarceration.

Learn how each group is defining the problems facing formerly incarcerated people

Meet fellow leaders and members of peer support groups from across the nation to share the work being done and define best practices

Discuss opportunities to contribute to a published anthology to showcase, document, protect, and build on the important work being done across the nation

Strategize together about potential research opportunities, artistic collaborations, and activist interventions

A welcome dinner the evening of Friday, November 8 will be followed by a daylong convening at VOTE headquarters on Saturday, November 9
